User-Uploaded Data Data that you upload to STRUO (projects, contacts, customer information, documents, etc.) remains exclusively your property. STRUO acts solely as a custodian of this data. You grant STRUO a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use, store, process, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of: - Providing Platform services - Improving features and functionality - Conducting aggregated and anonymous analysis - Training AI models (only with explicit additional consent) 4. Access and Use Restrictions It is strictly prohibited to: - Access, reproduce, copy, distribute, or transmit any content without authorization - Perform reverse engineering of STRUO software - Create derivatives or adaptations of source code - Use automated tools to download or scrape content - Attempt unauthorized access to STRUO systems - Commercialize, sell, or rent Platform access - Use the Platform to develop competing services Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties STRUO is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRUO disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to: - Warranty of merchantability - Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose - Warranty of non-infringement of rights - Warranty of accuracy, completeness, or quality - Warranty of uninterrupted availability STRUO does not guarantee that: - The Platform will function without interruptions or errors - Defects will be corrected - The Platform will be compatible with third-party software - Data will be 100% secure against unauthorized access 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRUO is not liable for any of the following: Excluded Damages: - Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Loss of data, revenue, or profits - Loss of customers or business - Damages from data corruption - Punitive damages Exclusion Conditions: This limitation applies even if STRUO has been warned of the possibility of such damages, and applies to all claims under any legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.). The total liability of STRUO to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months of subscription. 7. Third-Party Links and Providers STRUO may contain links to third-party websites or use external service providers (Stripe for payments, Supabase for storage, Anthropic for AI). STRUO is not responsible for: - Content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites - Availability of third-party services - Privacy policies of third parties - Damages resulting from use of third-party services Each user is responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of third-party providers before sharing information. 8. Service Interruption STRUO is not responsible for: - Scheduled maintenance or updates - Infrastructure failures beyond our control - Internet connectivity issues - Security attacks or cyberattacks - Natural disasters or acts of force majeure STRUO will attempt to minimize interruptions, but does not guarantee 100% availability. 9. Modification of Terms and Services STRUO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice.
